Terms and Conditions for YauzaiSafar

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of YauzaiSafar ("YauzaiSafar," "we," "our," or "us"), a platform for posting and finding ride sharing and passenger requests.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting a ride or passenger request, contacting another user, or otherwise using YauzaiSafar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

2. About YauzaiSafar

YauzaiSafar is a platform that helps users connect for ride sharing and passenger requests. We do not provide transportation services, employ drivers, own vehicles, verify every user or ride, or guarantee the safety, legality, timing, price, or availability of any ride.

YauzaiSafar does not act as a transport company, taxi company, travel agency, or vehicle operator. Users are solely responsible for verifying ride details, deciding whether to travel with another user, agreeing on costs, and taking appropriate safety precautions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher, to use YauzaiSafar. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, profile, and ride information. You are also responsible for keeping your login details secure, all activity under your account, and updating any incorrect or outdated profile, ride, or passenger request information.

5. User Posts and Information Accuracy

When posting a ride or passenger request, you must provide accurate and clear information, including from city, to city, pickup details, date and time, seats available or needed, price or budget, vehicle details, and contact numbers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts and for correcting or deleting posts that are outdated, misleading, unavailable, or no longer valid.

6. Driver and Passenger Responsibilities

Drivers and passengers are responsible for communicating clearly, confirming ride details, following applicable laws, respecting each other, and deciding whether a ride arrangement is suitable and safe. YauzaiSafar is not responsible for user conduct before, during, or after a ride.

7. Payments and Cost Sharing

YauzaiSafar does not process payments. Any cost sharing, fare, contribution, refund, or payment arrangement is made directly between users outside the app. Users are solely responsible for agreeing on the price, payment method, payment timing, and any refund or cancellation handling between themselves.

8. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Ride sharing involves real-world risks. Users should verify identity and ride details before traveling, meet in safe or public places where possible, share trip details with trusted contacts, and avoid traveling if anything feels unsafe, suspicious, or unclear.

You understand and accept that YauzaiSafar is not responsible for user conduct, accidents, disputes, losses, property damage, personal injury, delays, cancellations, or anything that happens as part of a ride arranged between users.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not post false or misleading rides, harass or threaten other users, scam or abuse other users, impersonate another person, use the app for illegal transport, fraud, spam, or commercial misuse, or share harmful, offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

10. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

YauzaiSafar may allow users to contact each other through WhatsApp or other external services. Contact may happen outside YauzaiSafar, and WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.

YauzaiSafar is not responsible for messages, calls, agreements, payments, disputes, or user behavior that happens through WhatsApp or any other third-party service.

11. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you post in YauzaiSafar. By posting ride, passenger request, profile, or related content, you give YauzaiSafar permission to display, store, process, and make that content available inside the app for the purpose of operating the platform.

12. Account Suspension and Post Removal

We may remove posts, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action if we believe a user has provided fake information, behaved unsafely, abused another user, violated the law, misused the app, or violated these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

YauzaiSafar is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, successful ride matching, accurate user-posted content, driver or passenger reliability, ride safety, ride legality, pricing, routes, timing, or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YauzaiSafar and its operators will not be responsible for user disputes, ride cancellations, accidents, injuries, lost property, payment disagreements, incorrect posts, third-party services, unlawful conduct, delays, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app or any ride arrangement made between users.

Your use of YauzaiSafar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, store, and share information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of YauzaiSafar after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless a different law is required by applicable local consumer protection rules.
