Delete your YauzaiSafar account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, either yourself inside the app or by sending us a request. Both routes are described below.

Option 1 — delete it yourself
This is immediate and does not require contacting us. It is the fastest route.
- 1 Open the YauzaiSafar app and sign in.
- 2 Go to the Profile tab.
- 3 Tap "Delete Account".
- 4 Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
Use this if you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in.

We can only act on a request sent from the email address on the account — it is how we confirm the request is really yours.
How long it takes
We complete email deletion requests within 45 business days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email address
- Your login credentials and authentication record
- Every ride you posted and every passenger request you created
- Every booking you made as a passenger, and every booking on rides you posted
- Every offer you sent to a passenger request, and every offer you received
- All live trip-coordination data, including trip location records and trip participant rows
- Your push notification token, so notifications stop immediately
This cannot be undone. Once deletion is confirmed, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you have an active booking or a trip in progress, complete or cancel it first so other travellers are not left stranded.
What may be retained, and for how long
Everything listed above is deleted. A narrow set of records may survive deletion only where we are required or permitted to keep them:
Records required by law
Where a tax, accounting, or legal-hold obligation applies, the minimum required record is kept for as long as the law requires.
Safety and fraud-prevention records
If your account was reported for a safety incident, a minimal record may be retained to protect other users, as described in Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
Anonymised and aggregated data
Counts and statistics that can no longer be linked back to you are not deleted, because they no longer identify you.
